san antonio for christmas. noel and i were lucky enough to spend a couple days with her.

arlington

brandon and annette recently went to 

arlington national cemetery

to lay wreaths on our fallen soldiers' headstones

they were joined by many other volunteers who care for our heroes as well

my brother is loved here.

...so,

we're packing up,

and heading to austin.

we've got our luggage,

and our gifts.

but before we leave at the crack of dawn tomorrow, 

we made sure to have some fun in the snow.

i won't go into detail

the time has come (for many reasons) for me to wean (cold turkey) the girl from breastfeeding.

have you ever slammed your finger in a car door?

the blood rushes to your fingertip and turns it

purple-ish black.

the pain is so intense because of the pressure of blood build up under your finger nail.

this is the best analogy i can think of for my poor breasts.

they are hard as rocks and i am in OH SO MUCH PAIN!

please feel sorry for me.
