my trek to become a labor and delivery nurse has started



and it weighs 37.5 lbs!

You have no idea how envious I am of you!!! The program that Nate applied to accepts only 40 applicants a semester out of the 250-ish applications they receive. It's lame! However... we're hoping he'll get in one of these semesters. Do you know what kind of nurse you want to be? Nate wants to go straight through and become a Nurse Practitioner.

Congratulations!! You will be the best labor and delivery nurse ever!! They really do make or break the hospital stay experience. I would love to have you as my nurse if I were having any more kids.

I am so excited for you! Yeah, there is a lot of studying, and obviously a lot of books...but the outcome is so worth it! You will be great.

I bet this is going to be so fulfilling! How exciting! I know you had some itnerest in natural child birth... are you thinking at all of adding doula or midwife to your credentials? ;)
